TLDR

After Wizr's B2C success, companies wanted our assessment tech for their employees. I designed enterprise dashboards that turn individual career assessments into workforce intelligence for HR teams and managers.

The Problem

Companies had no structured way to figure out which employees needed upskilling or which roles they'd actually be good at. Most HR tools were either too generic or completely manual - no intelligent recommendations, just spreadsheets and gut feelings.
